"Café de Paris" is a classic of French cuisine. However, the spice mixture was not developed in Paris, but in Geneva. As a butter or sauce, Café de Paris is mainly served with grilled beef. But this blend is more versatile and goes ideally with vegetables (especially potatoes, asparagus and other root vegetables) or even fish. Our blend elegantly combines paprika, parsley, coriander, onions, turmeric and cumin with a touch of coconut blossom sugar, mace and garlic. Café de Paris makes it very easy to make the sauce or butter at home.
