III Purpose of the data collected

Personal data about the User is collected in order for the Provider to provide the Service and further to comply with its legal obligations, to respond to enforcement requests, to protect its rights and interests (or those of Users or third parties), to detect malicious or fraudulent activities.

IV. What personal data we collect and how we use your personal data

You can use most of our website without having to provide us with any personal information. For the fulfilment of the purpose and for the referral to DHP partners, all personal data collected during registration/contact (such as first name, surname, address, email address, postcode, town, telephone number, year of birth) will be processed and stored.

The following data is stored by our server operator as part of server log files: Browser type & version; operating system used, requested file, date & time of visit, IP address.
This data is anonymized and stored separately from the personal data entered.

Storage period of your data:
In principle, we store your data for as long as a contractual relationship with you exists and for as long as we are under a legal obligation to store the personal data or as is necessary to provide you with the requested services or for any other purpose stated in this Privacy Policy.

The data of the inquirer will be deleted automatically 2 weeks after the agreed date.
Insofar as direct product sales are made via the platform, online sales logs are retained by us for 7 years or longer if this is required due to tax or company accounting.

Legal basis of data processing:
Due to the purpose and object of the company described above, we have a legitimate interest (Art 6 (1) lit.f DSGVO) and also a legal obligation to process the data disclosed to us by you for the purposes of contacting you, transmitting information, sending emails, and marketing and selling related products. Personal data will only be passed on to third parties to the extent described for the selected service, the fulfilment of our obligations to the authorities and the preparation of the financial statements/annual financial statements, insofar as this is necessary. Your data will then be deleted immediately, unless we have a legal obligation to store your personal data. VI. registration as a DHP partner on our website

Before you can offer your service on our website as a DHP partner, you will be asked to submit a registration form or create a B2B customer account and provide us with a login name and password (which we need to process your account) as well as other data necessary for the service, such as an email address, first name/last name, billing/delivery/, date of birth, VAT number, business license. You can manage the information in your account yourself. After an inactivity period of one year, we will delete your account.

VII. customer service

To answer your questions, if you have asked a question via the website, for call-backs or other service emails, we process your email address or phone number (depending on how you contacted us) and the question or problem you raised with us. We record your enquiries, questions and our responses and other actions taken to deal with your enquiry. Customer Service will retain all information for 1 year after your question or complaint has been resolved or the enquiry has been closed.
