Chana masala is a popular dish in Indian and Pakistani cuisine. Its main ingredient is the chickpea (called chana in Hindi). Our noble mango gives this mixture a pleasant acidity that goes perfectly with coriander, cumin, cinnamon, ginger and chilli. In India, chana masala is often eaten with fried bread, called bhature chole and similar to a puffed up pancake. It is one of the most popular curries and can be found in both street food shops and restaurants . Our mix was developed by Chutnify, an Indian restaurant in Berlin famous for its authentic cuisine.
