Well roasted for a special curry time. The Sri Lanka Curry with roasted spices. This Sri Lanka Curry spice was created after an inspiring cooking session with our small farmers from Sri Lanka. The special feature of Sri Lankan cuisine is the roasting of the spices, which gives the Sri Lanka Curry a dark colour, but also a very particularly intense and very unique aroma. To capture this special flavour as well as possible, we roast our spices ourselves - here in Bad Tölz.
